Using Viffy

Launch your first campaign

Follow these steps to give creators working links and see the purchases they drive.

Before you start

  • Sign in with the account Viffy added for your team and choose your organization.
  • Have a creator list ready, with a name and your own Creator ID for each person.
  • Arrange to test a code at a participating retailer that accepts your offer.

If you cannot sign in or see your offers, start with Troubleshooting and support.

Prepare your team and brand

  1. Set your reporting and support details

Open Settings and choose your reporting time zone, shopper support contact, and alert recipients. Save your changes so reports use the right days and your team receives alerts.
  2. Import your creators

Open Creators → Import creators and download the template. Fill it in, preview the file, correct any rejected rows, and import it.
  3. Check your brand’s appearance

Open Themes to preview the colors, logo, and images shoppers will see. Follow Brand themes to publish changes; you can also use the default appearance.

You are ready for the next step when your creators appear on the Creators page.

Create the campaign and its links

  1. Choose an offer

Open Offers and select one marked Ready. Check the products, savings, offer dates, and available codes.
  2. Create a draft

Choose Create campaign and enter a name, dates, code limit, and cost estimates. Choose a retailer if required, then save the campaign.
  3. Give your creators links

On the campaign page, choose Assign creators and select your creators or the whole roster. Wait for it to finish and resolve any listed failures before sharing links.

The campaign should now be a draft with creator links listed on its page.

The code limit is how many codes the campaign can hand out. It includes test codes and does not reserve the offer’s available codes.

See campaign settings and creator links for details.

Activate and test before sharing

Keep creator links within your team until testing is complete.

  1. Activate the campaign

Activate the draft on the campaign page when you are ready to test.
  2. Get a test code

Wait for the campaign and offer dates to open and the supply notice to show codes ready. In Test code, enter a staff mobile number that has not claimed this offer and choose Issue a test code.
  3. Check the shopper experience

On your phone, open the creator link used for the test and verify the same staff number. You should receive the existing test code, ready to show at the register.
  4. Try it at the register

Buy the qualifying products and present the code at a retailer that accepts the offer. After redemption updates arrive, check the Redemptions page for the test redemption.
A test code uses one code from the campaign limit and is left out of creator performance totals. Creating it on the campaign page sends no text; opening the shopper link lets you test phone verification too.

If a code cannot be issued or scanned, follow the code troubleshooting steps before distributing links.

Share links and check results

Choose Export links on the campaign page and send each creator their own share link. Send stats links privately; those pages show each creator’s results.

Check the Dashboard’s Link views, Codes issued, and Verified redemptions tiles. Use Redemptions and reports to review results and use the Per-creator counts export.
