Alerts
Add alert recipients to receive the notices below. Viffy checks every five minutes by default and emails each person separately.
- Redemption updates have failed for an hour, or have not completed for six hours.
- An active campaign has 10% or fewer codes remaining, or has spent its limit. Raise its limit if the offer still has codes available.
- A webhook has been failing for an hour. Check the endpoint and replay any missed events from the log.
- Offer updates are six hours out of date. Refresh offers and contact support if updates continue to fail.
- An active campaign has limit remaining but no codes ready. Contact support if it persists; increasing the limit alone does not fix this.
You receive one notice while a problem continues, with no separate recovery email. Viffy retries failed emails, so a notice may occasionally arrive twice.

System status
Your dashboard shows when redemption figures were last updated and warns when offer or redemption updates need attention. The Offers page shows when offers were last updated. Contact Viffy if updates remain out of date.
