Using Viffy

Brand themes

Choose how a brand’s offer pages and wallet passes look, then preview them before publishing.

Choose what to style

Open Themes and choose your organization’s default or a brand. A published brand theme applies to campaigns using that brand’s offers.

Brands without a published theme use your organization’s published default. If neither is published, they use Viffy’s default appearance.

Edit and preview

  1. Choose colors and images

Set the brand, action, page, and text colors, then add a logo and optional hero image.
  2. Choose the background and text

Choose Solid, Gradient, or Hero image, and edit the available headline and other text fields.
  3. Check both previews

Review the offer page and wallet pass previews. Fix any readability warnings and wait for the preview to show your latest changes.
  4. Publish

Choose Publish to apply the theme to live offer pages. Confirm the saved status before leaving the page.
Changing a theme updates live offer pages for that brand. Existing Apple Wallet passes keep their earlier appearance; Google Wallet passes can update.

Image requirements

ImageFile typeLargest file
LogoPNG512 KB
Hero imagePNG or JPEG2 MB

Images can be up to 8,192 pixels wide or tall, with no more than 20 million pixels in total (for example, 5,000 × 4,000). If an upload fails, resize it or save it in the required format and try again.

Save a draft or remove a published theme

For an unpublished theme, choose Save as draft to keep your edits without showing them to shoppers.

For a published theme, Unpublish and save as draft removes it from live pages. A brand then uses the default appearance described above.

For help with a blocked Publish button, see theme troubleshooting.
